Directions

Step 1

Fry potatoes with little oil then add water and leave until it becomes soft.

Step 2

Fry onion slices with little oil and add chicken cubes while stirring then add spinach, paprika, salt and pepper and leave until cooked while stirring every now and then.

Step 3

For béchamel, fry flour in little oil and add milk gradually while continuously stirring then season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

In a baking dish, put a layer of potatoes then chicken and spinach mixture and add mozzarella cheese then put another layer of potatoes and cover with béchamel and cheese. Leave in oven (180 °C) until cooked or until its color turns golden
